What Soft Skills are mostly required in today’s Jobs?
Delivery, Collaboration, Drive and Communication are becoming more and more important in today’s jobs. While Communication is on everybody’s list, the high score of Delivery and Drive are definitively somewhat surprising. At softfactors we measure and observe competency trends, using our set of 25 competencies.
